Detox Update

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was for me to go through this process with the crew at Prescribe Nutrition.  They have created a fantastic model for encouraging people to live better by eating healthier.  I have always considered myself a health and fitness enthusiast.  I love to cook and eat healthfully. I thought I was doing just that.  Well, I learned some new tricks, tried some new recipes, and was introduced to a few new cooking + baking ingredients too.  I love how they incorporate solid nutritional information that backs what they are asking you to do.  No one wants to feel like they are just doing the latest fad.  We want to know why!  Why is dairy potentially causing my fatigue, bloating, or weight loss resistance?  Why is gluten so addictive? Katie + Megan along with their team give you concrete information you can believe in, recipes that are delicious, and a lively discussion board to hear from others in the detox with you or simply to ask them a question about an ingredient.  It’s like having your own nutritionist for 15 days!  I feel more energy, more focus, and less addictive cravings.  Take a peek at some of the delicious meals I ate along the way.
