I’ve started a new fitness challenge!  And Loving it!  My dear friend Kim Strassmann-Eagle has always been a health and fitness enthusiast.  Since we were in highschool together she has been dancing, training, + practicing yoga.  She has a pre-med degree, a masters in eastern medicine, has collaborated with Stroller Strides (her sister’s company) and more recently has become a star on the Austin, TX fitness scene.  She is a personal trainer, top notch spin instructor and owner of her own company, Earn that Body.  I’ve been watching as she mentors dozens of Earn that Body members to meet their health + fitness goals.  Two follow up groups are also part of her growing company, Keep that Body and Shred that Body.

I am so happy to be participating in one of her 30 day challenges.  Here’s what you can expect:

Kim creates a personalized monthly workout calendar, follows you on LoseIt.com to asisst you in making the right nutritional choices for your body, provides constant support through a private facebook group, and supplies you with her personal workout videos. It is a total package.  It is like having your own personal trainer EVERY day ALL day.  I just completed Week 1.  Having eliminated alcohol, gluten, and sugar from my diet prior to starting Kim’s program, the hard part wasn’t avoiding the sweets or ‘white stuff’ but rather eating enough of the right calories to fuel my body for the challenging workouts each day.  And let me just say, Kim’s videos are NOT a walk in the park.  One word for you – BURN!

The best part about this program is that you can live anywhere.  Some of her clients are in the Austin area and many, like me are not.  Rest assured that you are getting the best in personal training in Kim.  She was recently named Best Personal Trainer and Best Spin Instructor by Austin Fit Magazine.  Congrats Kim!  It is such an honor to know so many entrepreneurial women taking what they LOVE and making it their careers.  Thank you for inspiring so many to live their best lives.
