What a gorgeous week of Spring weather we’ve had here in the Bay Area.  I haven’t done a Friday Favorites in a few weeks so here we go!

Simple Beauty

This is one of my favorite places, The Stanford Dish Trail.  A gorgeous 5 mile loop with tough hills to run and unbeatable vistas.  This oak takes my breath away every time.  It truly symbolizes this area to me.  I wish it were in my backyard for my kids to climb.  There is just something so beautiful and sculptural about those branches.

Simple Design

Have you all heard about Chairish?  It’s a new company that recently launched in the Bay Area.  They buy and sell pre-owned designer furniture.  I picked up these two fantastic chairs for practically nothin’!  The need a little love and I can’t wait to reupholster, but the shape, size, and scale is perfect for our family room.  Not in the Bay Area, no problem, they will deliver just about anywhere!  Check it out.

Simple Style

I found Sole Society last fall and decided to give them a try.  Most of their shoes are in the $50-$60 range.  I bought a pair of glittery flats for the holidays and just came across these fun wedges for spring and summer. Wouldn’t they be great with an all white outfit or with boyfriend jeans cuffed up.  If you have the legs for it, {which I do not!} they’d be great with some short shorts too!

Simple Fun

This is by far one of the highlights of my 3 year old’s life.  I say a little prayer as we enter the store each week to be sure there is a little person’s shopping cart waiting for her.  It’s not a fun time when they are all being used, I don’t suggest it.  This particular day, she got all dolled up in her pink sweats, which by the way she hasn’t been out of for more than 12 hours any day in the past month, and brought her purse along, “just like mommy.”  We know that our littles want to be just like us, but it must be something more for this trip to be so exciting.  It must be the autonomy she feels pushing that thing around or adding her favorites to her cart.  I say, whatever floats your boat and lets momma finish the shopping with the least amount of 3 year old melt downs the better.  Don’t you agree?

Simple Family Time

We spent a spontaneous 24 hours in The City recently.  This is one of my favorite shots of my peeps.  I love those guys and I love my City by The Bay.

Have a lovely weekend.
