How to make the perfect hard boiled egg – every time!
1. Place the eggs in a large pan.
2. Fill the pan with cold water, about 1 inch above the eggs.
3. Heat on high until water boils.
4. Boil rapidly for 1 minute.
5. Remove pan from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
6. Remove eggs from pan + run under cold water until cool to touch.
My favorite, a warm freshly cooked egg.
But these will keep in the fridge for an easy healthy snack all week.
