I’ve been curating this little corner of this web of mine for more than 2 years now. I’ve labored over each word of the more than 300 posts published here. I am so very proud of each piece of content I’ve shared, each idea, or personal story. I’ve also grown as a photographer and writer through this space of mine. Where I once thought this may be strictly a family food blog, I’ve discovered how much I enjoy sharing our life with you. A Bowl Full of Simple has become more than just food, but a place to come for home and garden inspiration, style, entertaining and travel all with families in mind. That is why the time has come to change the name of this site. I have been brewing on this for quite a while. Through many discussions with my talented new friends at The Wonder Jam and more discussions than I care to admit within my own head, the new name will encompass all that is to come. The Simple Proof that a beautiful thoughtful life is easier than you may think. Proof that dinner parties don’t need to be intimidating or that traveling with children prohibitive. Simple Proof every day that intentional living is seeing the beauty in the little things and making moments wherever you are.
I hope you all will love the new design. I gathered A LOT of inspiration along the way in developing this new look. I feel it reflects the aethestic of my style and vision more accurately. The new design will be simple to follow, clean and easily navigable. Readers new and returning will always find something new to discover.
