Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. I’m sure you are all reading my blog daily – LOL!

We are lucky to have our daddy. He’s a great guy that lives and breathes for this family.

The primary goal of this blog will be to post simple ideas to add a touch of beauty to our lives. When I post an idea, photo, or even a moment, it will be with those intentions. The following is an example of taking something simple and making it beautiful.

I put this beauty together yesterday for a hostess gift. A friend had a pre-Father’s Day fete last night. I just can’t get enough of Hydrangeas in the summer. We have several of the blue hydrangeas and a few white ones too. I have to tame my clipping to be sure they continue to bloom each year as prolific as the last.

Hubby is at the US Open for the day. So excited for him. Kids and I are going to our favorite brunch spot after church. I think they only go with me because there are oatmeal and waffles waiting.

Favorite Sunday pastime – Kepler’s Books next door.

Happy Father’s Day to all the terrific dads in our lives!
